Elisa Brown, PAC

Elisa Brown is a nationally certified physician assistant with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners OB/GYN. She provides patient-centered care with a strong foundation in family medicine and a special interest in women’s health, preventive care and supporting patients through every stage of life.

Clinical interests and services include:
• Preventive care and wellness
• Chronic condition management, including diabetes and high blood pressure
• Women’s health support
• Cancer screenings and preventive health counseling
• Whole-person, individualized care

Elisa’s background in family medicine gives her a broad perspective on caring for the whole patient. She takes time to understand each person’s unique medical history, lifestyle and health goals, and she believes the best care is thoughtful, collaborative and tailored to the individual.

Her path to medicine was inspired in part by medical mission trips to Bogotá, Colombia, where she served as a translator alongside an OB/GYN caring for vulnerable patients. That experience deepened her passion for women’s health and showed her the power of compassionate, relationship-based care.

Elisa earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Baylor College of Medicine and her Bachelor of Science in public health from Texas A&M University. She is fluent in Spanish.

Outside of work, Elisa enjoys spending time with her husband and son, being outdoors and going to the beach. She is also passionate about helping people find community and support systems.
