Erica Polcari, PAC

Erica Polcari is a nationally certified physician assistant with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Orthopaedics. She supports patients through evaluation, treatment and recovery for a wide range of orthopaedic injuries and conditions. 

Clinical services include:

• Casting and splinting 
• Suturing and wound care 
• Sports injury evaluation and treatment 
• Preoperative and postoperative care 
• Ongoing injury follow-up and recovery support 

Erica earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Mercer University. She completed a Bachelor of Science in exercise science at the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in biology at the University of South Carolina Beaufort.  

Erica enjoys building relationships with patients and finds it rewarding to see steady improvement from the first visit through discharge. She values nonprofit care because it supports access across the community. 

Outside of work, Erica enjoys reading, hiking, going to the beach and video games. She and her husband relocated from Atlanta in 2024 with their three cats.
