Alexander Miller, PAC

Alexander Miller, PA-C, is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in orthopedics with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Orthopaedics. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University, graduating summa cum laude.

Alexander brings a wealth of experience in general orthopedics, sports medicine, orthopedic trauma, and foot and ankle conditions. He works in both outpatient and inpatient settings, seeing patients in the clinic, rounding in the hospital and assisting in the operating room. He is dedicated to providing a patient-centered approach, ensuring that patients feel respected and supported throughout their care.

His interest in medicine began with his own experiences as a young athlete. After suffering multiple injuries and undergoing surgery, Alexander developed a passion for healthcare and the positive impact it can have on people's lives. His personal experience gives him a unique perspective and empathy for his patients, and he strives to provide the kind of care he would want for himself.

Outside of work, Alexander enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, staying active through sports, and spending time outdoors. He is also passionate about music and frequently attends live shows. Health, fitness, and family are core aspects of his life, and he believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle to be the best version of himself for his family and patients.
