Alexandria Bailley, PAC

Alexandria Bailley is a nationally certified physician assistant with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Primary Care. She cares for patients of all ages at the Daniel Island office. Her approach centers on building strong connections and helping each person better understand their health.

Clinical interests and services include:

• Preventive care and wellness visits
• Management of chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes
• Care for sudden illnesses and same-day concerns
• Vaccinations and routine screenings

Alexandria enjoys making a meaningful difference in her patients’ lives and working with them as they navigate their healthcare journey. She values collaborating with her care team to give each patient the best possible care.

Alexandria earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Savannah and her Bachelor of Science in exercise science from the University of South Carolina.

Outside of work, Alexandria loves spending time with friends and family, relaxing on the beach and exploring with her dog, Koby.
