Alleyna Locke, PAC

Alleyna Locke is a nationally certified physician assistant with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Orthopaedics. She works closely with the orthopedic team to care for patients with sports-related injuries, joint pain and recovery after surgery, with a focus on helping them return to the activities they enjoy.

Clinical interests and services include:

• Sports-related knee and shoulder injuries
• ACL and meniscus injuries
• Rotator cuff injuries and shoulder instability
• Knee and shoulder osteoarthritis
• Postoperative rehabilitation

Alleyna’s interest in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine is personal. As an athlete who recovered from three ACL injuries, she understands firsthand the physical and emotional challenges that can come with injury and recovery. That experience shaped her commitment to helping patients regain strength, confidence and quality of life.

She takes a whole-person approach to care, focusing not only on recovery from injury but also on long-term joint health and overall wellness. Alleyna believes in helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options while emphasizing rehabilitation, strength and sustainable lifestyle habits that support performance, longevity and injury prevention.

Alleyna earned her Bachelor of Science in human nutrition from the University of Kentucky and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Charleston Southern University.

Outside of work, she enjoys taking workout classes, trying new restaurants and coffee shops with friends and spending time on the water – whether boating or relaxing at the beach.
