Ann Passini, DO

Dr. Ann Passini is a wound care specialist with Roper St. Francis Healthcare Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine. She is board certified in family medicine and brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to treating complex wounds and chronic conditions that impact healing.

Dr. Passini specializes in the treatment of wounds that haven’t healed after 30 days. She cares for patients with:

• Diabetic foot ulcers
• Venous ulcers
• Arterial insufficiency ulcers
• Pressure injuries
• Radiation-related wounds 

She also helps manage cases of osteomyelitis, a serious infection in the bone, offering advanced therapies to support healing and prevent complications.

With a background in family medicine and years of medical experience, Dr. Passini works closely with each patient to understand their unique needs, build trust and create personalized care plans. She believes in open communication and shared decision-making to help patients reach their health goals.

Outside of work, Dr. Passini enjoys biking, gardening and spending time outdoors with her family.
