About Ashleigh Zacarias
Professional Statement
Dr. Ashleigh Zacarias is part of the Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Primary Care team. She earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed her residency at Trident Health Family Medicine in Charleston, SC.
Dr. Zacarias grew up in a family of ministers and thought she would follow in their footsteps. And while she is a licensed minister and worship leader, she feels called to family medicine where she can build strong patient-provider relationships. Dr. Zacarias loves providing care to each patient who walks through the door, and loves helping her patients navigate the aging process and establish healthy practices that lead to whole body wellness.
When she isn’t seeing patients, Dr. Zacarias spends time with her husband and three young children. She also enjoys singing, cooking, traveling and leading worship at her church.
