Poor communicator. Best I could tell, she could hear me..but, whether actually listening to me..

Bonnie is very good at what she does. She's not warm and fuzzy but that's ok

Because I am in good health, I come for routine checkups. Since I have been coming to Dr. Crickman I have only experienced a problem with vertigo which caused dizziness and a couple of falls. Dr. Crickman prescribed physical therapy that helped with condition.

This was a teleconference. The only odd thing was the provider did not seem to know why we were there. They asked "what can I do for you" the office staff called me a week earlier to schedule advising me that we would be going over my blood test results. How did the provider not know that?

My doctor knows that statistical data is important to me. I work in IT with data, and my doctor uses many of the common expressions related to analyzing records, trends, and predictive diagnostics that are convincing and comforting. The fact that she knows that her industry requires continuous learning is axiomatic.

I tried explaining my concerns about my health, but my doctor rushed through my appointment and quickly left the room.

Provider was very professional and concerned.

Would recommend, 10/10.
