Brian Cash, MD

Dr. Brian Cash is an orthopedic surgeon with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Orthopaedics. He is double board-certified in orthopedic surgery and orthopedic sports medicine.

He specializes in:

• Treatment of sports injuries of the hip, knee, shoulder and elbow

He earned his medical degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Medical Center and a sports medicine fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, which is consistently ranked as the nation’s top orthopedic hospital.

Dr. Cash has served as a team physician for high school, collegiate and professional sports teams including the New York Knicks and New York Mets. 

He is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love. He takes time to understand each patient’s individual needs and goals to develop a tailored treatment plan, whether surgical or non-surgical.

Outside the office, Dr. Cash enjoys spending time with his wife and children exploring the Lowcountry. His favorite pastimes include beach outings, boating, fishing, surfing, golfing and backyard barbecues.
