Case Wood, MD

Dr. Case M. Wood, a native of Spartanburg, South Carolina, earned his B.S. in Business Economics from Wofford College. He then obtained his M.D. from the Medical University of South Carolina, where he was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.

Dr. Wood completed his general surgery internship and urologic surgery residency at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, one of the nation’s leading urology training programs. During his residency, he received extensive training in robotic and endoscopic surgery, as well as men’s health. He has authored numerous publications and presented at national conferences in the field of urology.

Dr. Wood treats all areas of urology, specializing in minimally invasive/robotic-assisted surgery for urologic malignancies and upper urinary tract reconstruction, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), kidney stone disease, and men’s health issues, including erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, and Peyronie's disease.

In his free time, Dr. Wood enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and their three sons, Crew, Beau, and Tripp. His hobbies include boating, fishing, golf, and grilling. He and his family are members of First Baptist Church of Charleston.
