Christopher Merrell, MD

Dr. Christopher Merrell and his wife, Kelly, moved to Charleston in 2007. Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Merrell majored in zoology at Miami University and received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 2003. After completing his residency at Virginia Commonwealth University, he practiced and taught at the Medical University of South Carolina in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery for five years before joining Lowcountry Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in 2012.
