Courtney Fox, FNP

Courtney Fox, FNP is a nationally certified family nurse practitioner with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners OB/GYN. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Anderson University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lenoir-Rhyne University. With a background in reproductive endocrinology and surgical care, she brings hands-on experience and a strong foundation in women’s health to her role.

Courtney provides a range of women’s health services including:

• Pelvic exams
• Cervical exams
• Fetal monitoring
• Nexplanon insertion

She values a holistic approach to care, developing individualized plans that go beyond physical symptoms to support emotional and social well-being. Her goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where patients feel heard and supported.

Inspired by her mother, a nurse who led educational sessions for pregnant women, Courtney knew early on she wanted to care for others, especially women and underserved populations. Her passion for education and advocacy led her to pursue an advanced practice role where she could make a meaningful impact on her patients’ lives.

Courtney enjoys connecting with patients, building trust and guiding them through all stages of life, from adolescence to motherhood and beyond. She strives to provide clear communication and compassionate care that empowers women to make informed health decisions.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys hiking, working out at the gym and spending time with her dog and friends.
