Edward Kotz III, MD

Dr. Edward Kotz is a dermatologist affiliated with Roper St. Francis Healthcare specializing in adult and pediatric dermatology, dermatologic surgery, skin cancer screening and treatment, Mohs surgery, and cosmetic procedures including Botox, Xeomin and fillers. He has been board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology since 2005 and also holds certification in micrographic dermatologic surgery.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Furman University in 1995 and his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2001, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. After a one-year internal medicine residency, he completed three years of dermatology residency at MUSC, serving as chief resident.

Outside of work, Dr. Kotz enjoys surfing and spending time with his wife and four children.
