Elliott Botzis, MD

Dr. Elliott Botzis is a board-certified family medicine physician with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Primary Care.

He specializes in:

• Managing and treating a wide range of common conditions including hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma and obesity 
• Preventive care, ensuring his patients receive regular check-ups, screenings and vaccinations to maintain their overall health.

He earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at the University of Florida.

One of Dr. Botzis' primary goals is to build lasting relationships with his patients. He believes that strong doctor-patient relationships are the cornerstone of effective health care. This dedication to forming meaningful connections with his patients is one of the reasons he chose to specialize in family medicine. A native of Charleston, Dr. Botzis is thrilled to be practicing in his hometown. He has always loved exploring downtown Charleston and spending time at Folly Beach. Being in the area allows him to combine his professional passion with his love for the local community. On Saturdays in the fall, you can find him cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Botzis enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Charleston, engaging in outdoor activities and spending time with his family and friends.
