Dr. Elliott Botzis is a board-certified family medicine physician with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Primary Care.

A native of Charleston, Dr. Botzis is thrilled to be practicing in his hometown. He has always loved exploring downtown Charleston and spending time at Folly Beach. Being in the area allows him to combine his professional passion with his love for the local community. On Saturdays in the fall, you can find him cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Botzis enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Charleston, engaging in outdoor activities and spending time with his family and friends.

I have recommended Dr. Botzis to several friends and family members. I recommended him as first line referral from urgent care before I started at Roper and my MD friends still to this day refer to him for west ashley patients.
