Emily Campbell, MD

Dr. Emily Campbell is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners OB/GYN. She cares for women through every stage of life, from routine wellness and pregnancy care to specialized gynecologic surgery.

Her clinical interests and services include:

• Obstetric care
• Robotic and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
• Evaluation and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding
• Well-woman exams and preventive care
• Comprehensive gynecologic care

Dr. Campbell was drawn to medicine by a simple desire to help people, especially in the vulnerable moments when they need it most. She considers it a privilege to be part of her patients' lives during those times and finds the work deeply fulfilling.

While medicine is grounded in research and evidence, Dr. Campbell believes no two patients are alike. She takes time to understand each woman's individual needs and tailors her care accordingly, combining clinical expertise with genuine compassion.

Dr. Campbell earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed her internship and residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She earned her bachelor's degree in biochemistry, graduating summa cum laude, from Charleston Southern University.

Outside of work, Dr. Campbell enjoys running, strength training, traveling and trying new restaurants. She also loves spending time with her family and going to musicals.
