Erin Kendall, CNM

Erin Kendall is a nationally certified nurse-midwife and a member of the Roper St. Francis Physician Partners OB/GYN team. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Master of Science in nurse-midwifery from Frontier Nursing University.

Kendall facilitates CenteringPregnancy®, a nationally recognized model of group prenatal care that has been shown to improve a wide range of birth outcomes.

She began her career as a high school biology teacher and was inspired to pursue nurse-midwifery after helping pregnant young women find answers to their questions about pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding.

Kendall believes in caring for the whole person and views wellness as a complex connection between mind, body and spirit. She strives to honor every life transition from puberty to motherhood to menopause and beyond and aims to help each individual navigate her or their own unique path through every stage.

In her free time Kendall enjoys reading, camping and riding bikes with her children.
