Federico Perez Quirante, MD

Dr. Federico Perez Quirante is a plastic surgeon with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Plastic Surgery. With education and training spanning both Europe and the United States, he blends meticulous European techniques with innovative American approaches to provide comprehensive patient-centered care.

Dr. Perez began his medical education at Universidad de Murcia in Spain, earning his Doctor of Medicine degree. He then pursued a research fellowship and an internship in general surgery at Cleveland Clinic Florida. To further enhance his expertise, he earned a Master in Health Care Administration from Universidad Miguel Hernandez in Spain

Following his advanced education, Dr. Perez completed his general surgery residency at Abington Hospital Jefferson Health in Pennsylvania while also completing a PhD in Health Care Science - Surgery through a joint program between Universidad de Murcia and Cleveland Clinic Florida. Dr. Perez also completed a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Florida.
