Grant Bremer, PAC

Grant Bremer is a nationally certified physician assistant with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Orthopaedics. He specializes in hip and knee replacement, supporting patients from their first evaluation through surgery and recovery.

Grant's path to medicine began on a wrestling mat. A knee injury during high school led to a series of visits with a physician assistant – and an up-close look at a career built on relationships and recovery. That experience planted a seed. Through college, he continued building toward it, providing patient care at a local nursing home and orthopedic hospital during breaks from Indiana University. By the time he completed his physician assistant program at Charleston Southern University, he knew exactly where he was headed.

In practice, Grant believes every patient deserves unhurried, attentive care. He takes time during each visit to make sure patients fully understand their options and feel confident about the path forward. For him, the most rewarding part of the work is simple: watching someone move better, hurt less and get back to the life they love.

Grant earned his bachelor's degree from Indiana University and his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Charleston Southern University.

Outside of work, Grant can usually be found outdoors – paddleboarding, biking, playing beach volleyball or tending to his garden.
