Jack Payne, PAC

Jack Payne is a nationally certified physician assistant with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Orthopaedics. He works closely with the sports medicine team to evaluate and treat shoulder and knee conditions, helping patients recover safely and return to the activities that matter most to them.

His clinical focus includes:

• Sports injuries
• Overuse injuries
• Shoulder conditions and arthritis
• Knee conditions and arthritis
• Preoperative and postoperative care
• Injury evaluation and rehabilitation planning

Jack earned his undergraduate degree in public health science from the University of Maryland and his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Charleston Southern University.

He enjoys building strong relationships with patients and being part of their healing journey. For Jack, it is especially rewarding to help individuals regain strength and mobility so they can return to sports, work and daily life with confidence.

Outside of work, Jack spends much of his free time at the beach with his wife. You’ll often find them reading on the sand or in the water attempting to surf.
