Kelly Kruse, PAC

Kelly Kruse is a nationally certified physician assistant with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Orthopaedics.

She treats sports medicine injuries in patients of all ages and manages general orthopedic issues by triaging and referring patients to specialists as needed.

Kelly earned an undergraduate degree from Guilford College in her home state of North Carolina, where she was a four-year starting basketball player. She later earned a master’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of Virginia.

She was part of the second graduating class of the physician assistant program at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. She has worked alongside her supervising physician, sports medicine specialist Dr. John Graham, for more than 20 years.

Outside of work, she and her husband, Tom, enjoy playing tennis, working out and cheering on their son, Davis, at his sports events.
