Lauren Gross, FNP

Lauren Gross is a family nurse practitioner with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Breast Surgery. She cares for people navigating high-risk screening, benign breast concerns, and breast cancer, and she is known for clear education, steady support and thoughtful coordination of care.

Lauren partners closely with surgeons, radiologists, and genetic counselors to help patients understand their options, prepare for procedures, and feel confident in each step of treatment and recovery.

Her care philosophy is simple: Every patient is different, so she takes time to listen, explains information in plain language and tailors plans to each person’s needs, goals and comfort level. She treats every patient with the same respect and attention she would want for her own family and believes trust, consistency and education lead to better outcomes.

Lauren brings more than a decade of nursing experience across surgical, orthopedic, and medical-surgical settings, including concierge nursing and breast surgery care. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing at Molloy College and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a family nurse practitioner.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys being outdoors with her husband and their four children, traveling and discovering new places together.
