Dr. Sole earned his medical degree from the Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia. He completed a one-year internal medicine residency at Marshall University Affiliated Hospitals, followed by a neurology residency at West Virginia University Hospital in Morgantown. In addition to private practice, he served as an assistant clinical professor at Marietta College in Ohio and the West Virginia School of Medicine.
He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
