Molly Mitchell, PAC

Molly Mitchell, PA-C, is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in women’s health with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners OB/GYN. She has more than a decade of experience in the field.

Molly earned a bachelor of science from Clemson University and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Florida.

She has extensive experience caring for women throughout all stages of their reproductive journey in both clinical and surgical settings. Her background includes women’s wellness, contraception, abnormal uterine bleeding, prenatal care and surgical assistance. Recently, she has expanded her focus to include care during the menopausal transition and obesity treatment to improve long-term health outcomes.

Molly’s care philosophy is rooted in treating every patient with the same compassion and attention she would offer her own family. She prioritizes patient-centered care and strives to ensure each patient understands and feels comfortable with their treatment plan.

A Charleston native, Molly is grateful to serve the community where she was raised. In her free time, she enjoys watching Clemson football, reading, traveling, going to the beach and spending time with her husband and daughter.
