    As a runner Doc Lowery is my "go to" as I continue to run in my 50's. Very relatable and understands the runner and the "crazy" that comes with runners wanting to get back out there to train and and compete. Doc Lowery helped me with my knees as well in the past and I've had great success and done some epic runs since. Thanks, Doc!
