Dr. Samuel Parish is a board-certified physician in family medicine and addiction medicine, practicing at the Roper St. Francis Greer Transitions Clinic. Dr. Parish earned his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington and completed his residency at the Trover Clinic Foundation in Madisonville, Kentucky. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine and an active member of the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry and the American College of Academic Addiction Medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Parish enjoys spending time with his family, reading, walking and birding.
