Serena Cobb, FNP

Serena Cobb is a nationally certified family nurse practitioner with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Primary Care. She provides comprehensive primary care for adults, with interests in chronic disease management, acute illnesses, preventive care, health maintenance and geriatric care.

Her approach is rooted in compassion, respect and dignity. Serena takes time to listen, explain options clearly and tailor plans to each person’s needs and preferences. She coordinates care using current evidence-based guidelines and collaborates closely with physicians and the care team so patients can be active partners in their health.

Serena earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina Upstate. Her background spans outpatient primary care, community-based care and hospital settings, which helps her care for patients with both routine and complex needs.

She enjoys building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and has a special focus on prevention and wellness. Outside of work, Serena enjoys reading and taking nature walks.
