Shenia Singleton, MD

Dr. Shenia Singleton is a board-certified internal medicine physician and certified wound specialist with Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Primary Care. She earned her medical degree and PhD in molecular medicine from Boston University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Dr. Singleton brings a compassionate, thoughtful approach to primary care, specializing in:

• Diabetes
• High blood pressure and high cholesterol 
• Preventive care, including cancer screenings
• Management of respiratory infections 
• Minor skin conditions

With experience across academic medical centers, Dr. Singleton prioritizes communication and collaboration. She strives to create a care environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their health. She values shared decision-making and takes the time to ensure patients understand their care plans and feel confident in their treatment.

Outside of the office, Dr. Singleton enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family.
